MELISsa & Dustin

art deco affair

Melissa and Dustin's wedding day was replete with personal details, from hosting it in the city where they met and fell in love to incorporating their best (furry) friend, Griswold. The couple married in Wightman Chapel with a reception following at the historic Union Station Hotel in downtown Nashville. We designed the gorgeous train station-turned-hotel with lots of glittering gold and bright pops of color, brought to life by Amanda Jerkins' floral artistry. The cake was an architectural confection modeled after the bride's trumpet gown with sculptural folds and layering. Marquee and string lighting illuminated the stone walls lining the dance floor, which set the the stage for a long night of dancing.
